Wild Wild West

Everything about our trip was cool. Everything. We drove Route 66 and the National Road to New Mexico where we picked up Cady. Cady brought a special joy to the trip.

We went to every National Park in the world. Spent a long weekend gambling in Vegas. Caught the rodeo in Dodge City and drove home. 7000 miles give or take. 6 weeks of road trip heaven.

Quitting Tent Camping

I don't know. Maybe it's the mattress going flat. Or the struggle to emerge from the cocoon to you know what. Regardless we quit. Wanna a tent, sleeping bags and air mattress? - left 'em at Zion National Park. RIP we got the Van!

It's a little sick these cushions cost more then any bed I've ever bought...but damn! they fit good. Like they were custom made. From a fancy online cushion company. Hope the house sale doesn't fall through.
